We are passionate about supporting individuals and families in regional areas to access the support they need, and this is a concern that hangs heavy on our mind and hearts.
Britt is a behaviour support practitioner and psychologist who lives regionally herself - in beautiful Gloucester, New South Wales. Within a month of the NDIS price guide changes to travel coming into effect, many of Britt's clients living regionally or remotely lost access to occupational therapy and speech pathology services.
In an effort to support individuals and families to access the supports they need, Britt has connected with allied health professionals across Gloucester and surrounding areas to develop the Allied Health Services Directory for Gloucester and the Bucketts Way.
This directory includes allied health services that provide support to people in Gloucester, Stroud, Booral, Dungog, Karuah and Medowie.
